Meet Ciara, the founder of Ceremonia Cacao.

My name is Ciara, and I am the founder of Ceremonia Cacao. Thank you for being here!

I’d like to share with you about a magical plant called Cacao and all that I have learned from her.

I first met Cacao in a Ceremony in Costa Rica in 2016. My experience somehow allowed me to become immediately aware of all the hidden feelings I had stored in my Heart.

The warm chocolatey goodness we drank that day created an aura of safety around me and I awakened to the sense of lightness, belonging, love, inspiration, clarity and assurance within me.

What I was feeling was hard to explain but so easy to understand – it was as though I had already experienced the Cacao plant many times before and that in that moment I was simply returning home.

After that ceremony, I just knew I wanted to explore Cacao more deeply. Soon after Life began to present me with various teachers and wizards who shared their knowledge of Cacao with me. Many moments of solitude also appeared and opened the doorway for me to hear wise teachings from the Cacao plant herself.

I’m so grateful for my 5-week Cacao Attunement with Ciara. I came into the experience with the intention of listening, speaking, and acting from my heart, and I truly feel like cacao has helped me embody love in action.

Ciara holds such a beautiful, grounded and safe space. Her gentle wisdom, reflections, guidance, and reverence for this subtle yet powerful plant made the whole experience feel so supportive and deeply healing. I found myself energized, present, listening to my intuition and heart. Major breakthroughs happened in my life during the program which I don’t think is just coincidence.

This journey was profound in ways I didn’t expect, and I have so much gratitude for this practice and the community it has created. I would wholeheartedly recommend this experience to anyone feeling called to connect more deeply with themselves and with cacao.

My experience with Ciara was phenomenal. I had been seeking this medicine for a very long time, because I heard the call from my soul to deal with some personal and ancestral fears and trauma. These fears were stopping me from living totally from my heart. Ciara’s intensive about Cacao along with her intuition led me back to the core of who I was. Her words along with the Cacao chocolate she sent me from local farmers she interacts with helped soften my heart and heal me from fear, grief and trauma. She offered me weekly card readings and online support. Then the icing on the cake was being able to meet her in-person. She has an amazing spirit on and off line. Thank you for everything sweetie you are definitely an angel.

Ciara’s cacao ceremony is absolutely beautiful. The cacao, her energy and the container we created together really makes space for beautiful transformations. It is so interesting to go back to the simplicity of enjoying this brevage together in complete presence and seeing how much comes out of this. Cacao truly is a healing super food that continues to support me in my everyday life. Thank you so much Ciara, you are such a gentle loving soul that really has a beautiful mission on this earth.

The two weeks I spent journeying with Ciara were very special and Cacao was always so kind. It supported and guided me. Everything that happened on this journey was so personal and everything was wonderful! I can now accept more of myself. I am so thankful for everything and I fell in love with the chocolate Ciara makes and I even got a Cacao Attunement. It was a really wonderful time.

In the process, I experienced a reconnection to my own creativity and a greater trust in the flow of life. I arrived at Ciara’s cacao ceremony and was greeted warmly in the forest where she held a ceremonial space in which I was guided to explore my senses and connection with the sacred spirit of cacao.
