Cacao Attunement Course

Cacao, Healing, & Sacred Ceremony - a month long journey

Cacao Attunement is a guided experience that attunes you to the loving frequency of Cacao for healing & remembering the wisdom of your Heart.

In Cacao Attunement you are guided through a deep and wonderful 4 week journey of getting to know the beautiful plant medicine of Cacao.

This program is for anyone who would like to learn about the history of Cacao, it’s medicinal properties and uses, how to guide Cacao Ceremony, and how Cacao can be a beneficial tool in your everyday life and in your Spiritual journey.

It includes:

  • 1 Bar of Ceremonial Cacao from Costa Rica (1.1 lbs/half kilo)
  • 4 Live Cacao Ceremonies (in person or via video call)
  • 4 Recorded Guided Meditation Journeys
  • 1 Personal Healing Session
  • Cacao Attunement Booklet
  • Availability for questions, guidance, and support throughout the month.

This Cacao Attunement focuses on the 4 relationships of life that a ceremonial Cacao practice most influences. These are our relationships with Earth, Heart, Community and Spirit.

We will gather once a week for a Cacao Ceremony for 4 weeks. Each ceremony is guided by the intuition of the moment and serves as a nurturing, meditative space to learn from the wisdom of the Cacao plant. Our ceremonies last about 90 minutes and can be done in person or remotely via video call.

Week 1 – Earth

During this week we journey into the Earth and explore the origins of Cacao.

Where does it come from?

How is it grown, harvested and processed?

Who are the indigenous cultures connected to Cacao?

What is the magic, myth and lore of Cacao?

What is the link between Cacao and the feminine?

How does the ceremonial practice of Cacao connect us to our own Earthly roots?

Week 2 – Heart

During this week we remember why Cacao is known as the medicine of the Heart.

What are the physical & energetic effects of Cacao in the Heart?

Why is Cacao known as a “Heart opener” and what does it really mean?

How can Cacao help uncover blocked or hidden emotions?

How does Cacao make feelings of love, bliss, joy, compassion and lightness more accessible?

Week 3 – Community

In our third week we extend outward and open ourselves to sharing the blessing of Cacao with the ones we love.

How does drinking Cacao bring us closer to our communities?

What are some of the ways Cacao can be shared with the ones we love and with the ones we will meet?

What is the purpose of a group Cacao Ceremony?

How is a Cacao Ceremony best offered and guided for others?

What are additional practices that can be coupled with your Cacao Ceremony offering?

Week 4 – Spirit In our last week we expand our vision to see Cacao both as a physical plant and as a living spiritual being, friend and mentor. What does it mean to connect with the ‘spirit’ of Cacao? How can we best invite the Cacao spirit into our lives? How do we know when we are communicating with Cacao? How can our relationship with Cacao amplify our existing spiritual practices?

After we gather each week, you will receive a guided meditation that serves as a soothing extension of our ceremony to integrate each week’s new information, gather your own insights and relax into the wonderful realm of Cacao. The meditations will be available for you to listen to as many times as you like.
