How to prepare:
For an energetic morning (or anytime) boost:
shave off 10 g (a little more than a teaspoon) of Ceremonia Cacao and blend with a cup of hot water. Stir with a spoon or for a smoother beverage mix with a hand held or stand up blender. Add any additives or sweeteners to taste if you wish.
Ceremonial Dosage:
A ceremonial dosage is recommended when you have an hour or more to set aside for personal reflection and inner exploration. Shave off 20 – 30 g (about a tablespoon and a half) of Ceremonia Cacao and blend with a cup of hot water. Stir with a spoon or for a smoother beverage mix with a blender. Refrain from any additives, enjoy the pure Cacao.
